Notes to Homeowners

Homeowners are reminded that all lampposts should be unswitched and controlled by an electric eye that will provided dusk to dawn lighting. Above ground pools are not allowed. Blow up pools are allowed as long as they are in the backyard and somewhat screened from view. No motorized vehicles are allowed in outlots. Homeowners are reminded to contact Siepmann for landscaping approval. Please do not use the play park trash can for dog waste. This can is not emptied professionally. It is taken care of by one of our homeowners.
