Foreclosure Sale
There was a Sheriff’s Sale of the Nash property, located at W144N9830 Sun Valley Trail (Lot 75) on Nov. 7, 2012. This was brought about by the Tree Tops Homeowners Association for non-payment of annual dues.
Interested parties appeared for bidding at the Washington County Courthouse on Nov. 7. The official Notice of Foreclosure Sale is available here [.pdf document].
Tree Tops Picnic 2013
On Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 we rented the Kinderberg pavilion for the Tree Tops Annual Picnic. There were subs, food and fun!

Drainage Repair Underway
You might have seen heavy equipment around Quiet Lake here at the Tree Tops — a major project is underway to repair some of the river rock runs that drain into the ponds.
Each area has a large sewer pipe that empties rain water runoff into the ponds via the river rock runs. We’ve monitored these areas over the past 5 years, and now they’ve reached the point where they need immediate repair.

Tree Tops Sign Destroyed; Now Replaced
On Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at around 9 p.m., a 17-year-old girl’s car hydroplaned into the Tree Tops sign at the West Entrance, totally destroying both the sign and her car. She was reportedly not injured in the crash.
