Landscaping Service
Tree Tops has contracted Complete Lawn Services (CLS) every year since 2014 to landscape our 39 acres of common areas. Owner Pete Holcomb and crew will be mowing both entrances and the park area every week during most of spring, summer and fall, or as needed based on rainfall. The rest of the subdivision will be mowed every two weeks.

Declaration of Restrictions
We take pride in keeping our subdivision beautiful by the enforcement of our Declaration of Restrictions, which you should have received at your closing.
So hanging a love seat from a tree branch in your front yard as you see in the picture above is probably restricted.
Architectural Guidelines
Tree Tops is an innovative plan for a quality residential community that blends with the countryside while preserving the natural character of the land. The site plan, which features curved streets, landscaped courts, ponds and generous open space will encourage higher quality homes with enhanced property values. Deed restrictions will require better architectural treatment on all building elevations. Consideration of the following guidelines must be given in the design of your home.
